New Project

Our clients were struggling with furnishing two rather long and thin reception rooms in this pretty family house in Balham. They were also rather stuck with a ‘grey’ palette and so we were asked to bring some colour into the scheme.

To start with two bespoke sofas in soft but hard wearing velvet (2 children, a dog and a cat) were put in place, swiftly followed by some individual easy chairs and a large ottoman to sit alongside the large sofa in the TV room. This pulled both rooms together to give a calm and inviting sitting room with low level lighting in the form of bulbous glass table lamps on glass tables.

In the kitchen we re-upholstered the unusual limed wood dining chairs and added two large, loose covered armchairs for casual seating in this area.
